With handy shortcuts you can take quick action. Have a property showing today? Be sure to enter your showing results so it’s included in your Activity Report. Is it someone’s birthday? Send them a text, email or virtual card.

Contacts Tracker
The Contacts Tracker feature gives you real-time insight into your client database, organized by Sales Stage.
It's interactive, which means you can click on any Sales Stage and instantly see all of your contacts in that category. Select some or all of your contacts and take action. Give it a try! For example, select your unqualified leads and send them an email promoting your services and local expertise.

Virtual Assistant
One of the most powerful features of your CRM Dashboard is the built-in Virtual Assistant. It will help make sure you're following up at the right time with the right information with your prospects and clients.
Your Assistant will remind you of important dates and current & past-due tasks and events. It will also remind you of clients to follow up with, based on their Sales Stage.
Go to Configuration Settings -> Virtual Assistant to define your preferred follow-up frequency for leads, prospects, clients, and past clients.

Hotsheet
Your Hotsheet gives you easy access to real-time market activity in your farm area including new listings, price reductions, and just solds. What makes this such a powerful feature is that you can leverage all your CRM engagement tools directly from your Hotsheet!
My Stats
Get quick access to your own listings including Active, New, and Sold.
Go to Configuration Settings -> Listings, to configure how far back you want you want your Stats to display. You can view your listing data as far back as eight (8) months.
You can also view your transaction performance metrics over the past 12 months including average time to sell, average transaction price, and average sold price as compared to original list price.
