Share Valuable Insights Tailored to Your Clients’ Needs 

Sending high impact Market Reports is a great tool for staying in touch with your clients, and features local real estate insights and pricing trends they won’t find anywhere else! Reports include: 

  • Stats on new & sold properties 
  • Median list and sold prices 
  • Monthly sales

Get Started 

Login to your CRM and from your Dashboard, choose the Market Report icon from the menu bar on the left side, and click the Add button. 



Report Type 

Choose whether to Email your report or publish it on your Facebook Business page* - just make sure you’ve linked your Facebook account first. To learn more, see the article Connect Your Facebook Business Page. 

If you’re emailing the report, simply type the recipient’s name in the Contact field. 



Alternatively, you can click on the Address Book icon to search for the desired contact, and choose Select.  Click Next when you're done.  


*Facebook feature is available with participating Boards/Associations.


Market Report Set Up 

Under the Send Report to Your Client, choose the frequency you want to email or publish the report on Facebook.  



Next, choose the Sending (Posting) Date. By default, your CRM will always choose the next business day, or pick your preferred date by clicking the Calendar icon. 



If you chose the Facebook option, you'll see a message box where you can write your post caption. 



Choose your Area by zip code/postal code or location and then your Price Range (if applicable). 




When you’re ready, click on the Action button and pick Preview from the dropdownIn the report, you’ll see there is a Request for Info section. Your client can fill this out when they want more information from youThis request will automatically appear under Leads in the left side menu, so you can easily follow up. 




Once you’re all done, remember to click Save & Close.



Once you’ve added a new report, it’ll appear in the list under the Market Report Dashboard. Here you’ll see a column called # of Views, showing the number of times the report has been viewed. This metric can help you evaluate which reports are effective, and specifically those contacts who show interest.
