Take advantage of the Hotsheet feature to see real-time market activity in your farm area including new listings, price reductions, and recently sold properties.
With just a couple of clicks you can easily share market changes with your clients using professionally tailored branded emails or virtual card notices.
Access Your Hotsheet
You can access your Hotsheet from your CRM dashboard, or from the Listings menu - whichever you prefer!
*Please note these terms are set by the Boards, so they may appear different than the sample shown here. For example, 'Sold' may be labeled as 'Closed' in your market area.
Configure Your Hotsheet
Be sure to tailor your Hotsheet report so you have instant insights into the activity that matters most to you. Refine your results by:
- Number of Days (Back)
- Property Type
- Location Preferences
To customize your Hotsheet from your Dashboard, click on Hotsheet Settings (gear icon).
When you’ve finished setting up your Hotsheet, click Save and Close.
View Listings
Click on any category (eg: New, Price Drop, Sold) to bring up the property list.
You have the option to change how the listings are displayed, in List View, Summary View or Grid View. From the top right menu, simply click the display setting that you prefer.
Take action!
Double click on the listing in the List View, or click on the property photo in the Summary or Grid View to see full listing details.
Select one or more properties and click on the Action menu to Send By Email, or Send a Virtual Card.
